We believe that improving information architecture, categorisation and the Search engine for Amazon Prime users will achieve higher retention numbers and user satisfaction. We'll know this is true from results on usability tests.
Problem Statement: Amazon Prime Video was designed to bring on-demand video content to users. We have observed that it isn't meeting the goals of easily delivering this content, which is causing confusion, frustration and many complaints. How might we improve the interface so that the users are more successful in their tasks?
