In this phase, the client's stakeholders actively participated in the process. We had several rounds of co-design workshops using Miro as the main tool. Here are some of the deliverables from those sessions:

Ideating

One of the workshop sessions was focused on ideation activities based on all the material we had up to that point. We did an individual brainstorm, then each person presented their idea of a solution and the group voted on the elements that made more sense for the project.

Defining

On the next day, the goal was to get a better definition for aspects of the new system. We did a brainstorming session of features for each persona and also defined what the solution is/isn’t/does/doesn’t do.

Prioritising

Before completing this phase, we had one workshop session for prioritising all the features and items we'd brainstormed and defined on previous sessions. Activites included an impact x effort matrix and MoSCoW.
